In order to provide our customers with the lowest possible product cost, the Profile Rubber Corporation has a fully functional machine shop on site that enables us to produce molds for our custom rubber products. Our goal is to provide new jobs tooling at cost and existing jobs tooling maintenance at no cost for the active life of a job. In addition to mold tooling, we also fabricate difficult-to-find custom metal inserts for our bonded rubber products. With state of the art computer controlled machinery complementing our legacy equipment, we are able to build even the most challenging molds and inserts with minimal effort.
