Rubber Bonding
From air spring assemblies and motor mounts to shock absorbers and vibration dampers, the Profile Rubber Corporation is able to bond rubber to metal, cloth, and virtually any other material capable of surviving the temperatures associated with the vulcanization process (~350-450 F). We are also able to attach materials that cannot survive this process via adhesives or bolts and threaded inserts applied after the process. The materials that we most commonly bond to rubber include steel, brass, cloth, thermosetting plastics, and Teflon™ but, we are by no means limited to these materials. Please feel free to contact us for your custom rubber bonding needs.
